Transition blinds give you the option of having only one blind and being able to see through them or having complete privacy. The blind fabric is a layered fabric consisting of a see through scrim accompanied with either a blockout or translucent panel. The chain drive that operates the blinds allows you to choose whether you would like to see through the blinds or if you would like complete privacy by overlapping the layered fabric.
